Garbage
There are several garbage/trash collection services operating in our area that would be more than happy to service you, but your Association has made an exclusive arrangement with only one of them - Waste Industries who recently bought Shamrock. Waste Industries offers attractive pricing in return for exclusivity. While you are free to use any service you want, it does not make financial sense to select a different service since you would be responsible for paying for both of them.
